We are excited to have your child come to kindergarten next year! We are excited to offer full day kindergarten for the first time! Students will come at 9:15 and leave at 3:30. This schedule will give teachers the chance to ensure that your child masters all of the academic skills necessary for 1st grade AS WELL as master developmentally appropriate social skills that will be helpful both now and in the future.
However, parents will have the option of having their child only come for the morning portion of the day. All classes will be full day classes, and students who choose to come half day will be spread out evenly in those classes.
We also can add you to a waiting list for traditional half day kindergarten.

This form will help us balance classes appropriately. Please fill out this form to let us know if you are registering for full day kindergarten or half day kindergarten (morning is the ONLY option we will have for half day students.), or joining a waiting list for traditional half day kindergarten.
We will not be requesting kindergarten teachers this year since we are not sure how many classes of kindergarten will will have - that all depends on registration. However, there will be a question that allows you to tell us 'other' information that might be helpful to us as we place students. PLEASE fill this out if you have a special concern and give details!!!!
BEFORE CONTINUING, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FORMS ON SKYWARD. The sooner we have everyone register, the sooner we will know how many classes we qualify for!
