Petition to Participate in the Commencement Ceremony
Students who are candidates for Summer graduation may petition to participate in the May graduation ceremony. They must document that all requirements for the degree will be met by August 31st.  The deadline for submitting the petition is May 1st.

If you would like to submit a petition, please note that you must be registered for all of your remaining courses/requirements in the Summer,** or your petition will be denied.

**If you are planning to complete any coursework at another college in the Summer, you must submit an Off-Campus Credit form to our office, so that we may review if you are eligible to complete the course(s), and if they are transferrable. Once approved, proof of registration in the form of your course schedule is required.
