Violation of state and local ordinances may result in termination of vendor booth.

The Orlando Bearded Vegan shall be held harmless from all claims, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant.

The Orlando Bearded Vegan shall in no way be held liable for loss of income or expenses in the event that due to reasons beyond their control, the event is cancelled. Should such cancellation occur, Vegan outlet will refund to the vender the amount of the booth fee.

Vendor will forfeit their payment if they cancel or are a no-show to the Market

Vendor has read and understood the rules and regulations of the event and will be able to comply with all the rules and regulations described
