Swimmers must complete and turn in physicals, and the middle school athletic code to their school secretaries ASAP.

Please take a moment to follow the links for some of the necessary documents for the season. Physicals are good for all sports one calendar year.  Families order swim suits directly via the link below. Team swim cap and team gear order forms will be available the first week of the season.
