Dear Coach,

Thank you very much for volunteering.  We wouldn't be able to run this program without you! What a year it's been for all of us.

Games begin Sunday, September 12th. The season will run seven weeks. Games are scheduled usually on Sundays from 12pm to 6pm, at area schools. Sundays are used in the fall due to Michigan football.  Some Saturdays may be scheduled if needed, usually between 9 am to 4 pm.

This form will ask for the days a majority of your team will be unable to play.  Please consult with assistant coaches and parents before requesting off a specific day or time that only you, the coach, will be unavailable.  The following criteria will be followed when considering your request:

1. Needs of the league as a whole supersede any individual team.  We will do our best to honor all requests.
2. All requests should be submitted using this form or the provided paper form.  Please do not email requests.
3. Any request made after Friday, April 16 at Noon may not be granted.
4. Youth sports staff reserves the right to change a schedule any time during the season due to extenuating circumstances.
5. We are only accepting two requests per coach per team. Please know we will try our best to accommodate but many factors go into scheduling games. We also may need to space fields out differently compared to years past for social distance purposes and to limit the amount of players, coaches, and parents at a field.

Lastly, a reminder that we  need to be patient and know that our league plans may have to change to better meet the needs of our student athletes/community and district due to this Covid-19 era we are in.
