ECOSLO - Office Admin Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in being a part of ECOSLO as an in-office volunteer!

This is a volunteer position that will assist the Executive Director and ECOSLO staff with responsibilities around the office.  This may include helping with office organization and being present at the ECOSLO office to allow for community members to drop items off or pick them up. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and environment in a setting that does not require any labor or outdoor activities. Once you fill out this form, an ECOSLO team member will reach out to follow up.

Time commitment: 2-3 hours/day multiple days per week (days are to be determined based on your schedule). ECOSLO office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and sending mail as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between community members, volunteers and ECOSLO team
  • Maintaining general office organization and inventory
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about environmental issues and wanting to assist a non-profit.
  • Applicants should be independent, motivated workers with a professional, positive and approachable attitude.
  • Able to communicate with others and answer questions from the public.
  • Effective time-management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.
