Summary and declaration

As our peripatetic staff are self-employed they set their own hourly rates – this will be outlined on the contractual terms and conditions with the individual teacher. The lessons are 30 minutes per week. You will be charged on a termly basis. The current rate for individual music tuition varies between £170 - £200 per term.

You will be invoiced direct for these lessons by the teachers. Because of the different length of terms, students may receive sometimes more/fewer lessons in a term. The invoices are adjusted accordingly.

Written notice of either a term or half a term, as specified in the terms set by each peripatetic staff member, will be required to terminate lessons.

It is expected that boys and girls who receive tuition in school attend the Music Clubs on offer to them.
