Saranac Lake Solar Fest Vendor Sign Up
Solar Fest is a street fest to celebrate the Solar Eclipse in Saranac Lake on April 8, 2024.

Solar Fest will take place from 2pm-6pm on Main Street (from the interesection of Main St. & Broadway by Berkeley Green to the entrance into the Hotel Saranac parking lot).  

We are looking for vendors to set up and provide solar eclipse themed activities, art, merchandise, info and create an exciting community experience for our visitors and residents.  

Vendor Guidelines:

1.  Vendors will need to provide their own table, chairs, pop-up tent if desired, and supplies.  Keep in mind parking availiblity will be limited.
2.  Any food vendors will need to provide Department of Health Permits in advance (limited spaces for food vendors). 
3. Set-up time begins at 1pm.
4. All clean-up must be completed by 7pm.
5. Vendors will be confirmed by March 20th.
