Are you a young visionary looking to make a meaningful impact on your community? Partners is accepting applications for youth in Ouray, Montrose, and Delta Counties who are motivated to promote healthy youth development through a youth-led, adult-supported project that you will conceptualize and execute.

Requirements:
-Ages: 14-18
-1-4 Changemakers/county
-Be committed to your project and community change
-Must be finished with project by the end of May of 2023

Offerings:
-$1,000 in project funding
-Network and mentorship throughout project
-Significantly applicable experience for college
-Adults who know and appreciate youth expertise
