In renting this school-owned instrument we understand that we are responsible for damage or loss of the violin, bow, and case and that we are responsible for all repairs. We agree that the received violin has been checked and tuned by a violin instructor and will be evaluated for damages once it is returned to the school. We agree that the instrument is to be returned at the end of April or when my student returns to in-person learning, whichever is first. We understand that this agreement is for one school year only.
