A $25 refundable deposit is due to secure your date for one-day rentals. 
A $50 refundable deposit is due to secure your dates for semester classes
A $100 refundable deposit is due to secure you dates for year long classes. In the event of cancellation by the tenant the deposit is non-refundable. 

Invoice for the deposit and contract will be emailed to you at the email address provided above.
