If you are in need of housing for the event or are able to host some of our visitors, please register using this form. Please complete all sections and we will be in contact with you closer to the event with your host/guests' information.

If you are travelling with a group and hope to be housed together, you can register everyone in your group at once. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that all groups will be housed together, but we will do our best to accommodate any such requests to the best of our ability with the available housing.

As a reminder, the Lindy Freeze Code of Conduct applies to all attendees both at the dance events and while staying with or hosting attendees in arrangements coordinated by the Lindy Freeze Housing Coordinator.
