Thank you for your interest in providing mental health services to Cara Direct Care patients. Dr Clodagh Ryan, a board certified family medicine physician, started the first Direct Primary Care practice in the western suburbs in 2017. The clinic provides affordable membership-based primary care which lowers costs and provides longer visits and better access to care for patients. Dr Ryan has a special interest in mental health and manages mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and all the physical symptoms that accompany these disorders, as well as ADHD evaluation and management (additional cost)
Dr Ryan lectures at national medical conferences on topics including ADHD, comprehensive mental health assessment in primary care, and managing the difficult patient in the primary care office (focus on personality disorders). Find out more about Cara Direct Care HERE.
Our patients' mental health is central to managing their physical health and wellness. We appreciate having many counseling options for our patients, and use therapy as our first line choice for many.
