Melio’s MentorMe program is a collaboration with "Baot" community and brings women in engineering together for conversations, networking, idea sharing, and advice! The mentorship program connects women in junior engineering roles with senior women in engineering—that's you!

The commitment:
Opening event: Monday 13.3.23 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
This is an in person gathering in TLV.

4 Mentoring sessions, about 1 hour long with your mentee. The sessions could be over Zoom or face 2 face.

2 in-person sessions with fellow mentors. The sessions are designed to enhance your mentoring skills. The roundtable sessions would take place at HaArbaa 28 st., TLV on 3.4.23 and 29.5.23 at 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

End of program event 26.6.23 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. This is an in-person gathering in TLV.

*We invite all mentors to attend all program's sessions, talks and workshops but it's not mandatory.
