Thank you so much for submitting to the Plus Size Friendly Aerial and Pole Studio list! To be considered plus-size friendly they must meet the following criteria:
- No individual weight limits for standard (non-specialty apparatus) classes
- No engaging in body shaming or equating body size to health
- No promoting weight loss
- The studio must have flexible leveling requirements and / or other pathways to advancement for standard lower-level classes that are not disproportionately biased against larger bodies
Once the information is submitted here it can take up to a month to be added to the list. If you feel there is a studio listed here that is not plus size friendly, please email me at gingersnaps@skycandyaustin.com. If a studio receives multiple student complaints about it *not* being plus size friendly it may be removed from the list.
