Applications are eligible based on the date of application and based on the following priority: siblings of current Neely students, children of a district employee (cap of 20%), residents of Gilbert Public schools, non-residents of the school district.  Additionally, students currently on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) must submit the IEP with the application to ensure there is the capacity to provide these services. If more than 100 applications are received for kindergarten there will be a lottery done in December. Parents will be notified on December 9th if a lottery is required. Current Neely students do NOT need to complete this application.
