Singing Valentines 2024- Community 
How to order a singing valentine:

1. Use this form to give us all the details
2. Submit your $35 payment to the choir room or the GCHS main office, envelopes clearly marked. You can also mail them to the address below. Please make sure to include your name.

3. Singing valentines will be delivered on the dates/times listed below.  Use the form below to select an appropriate time! We will send you an email/phone call confirming your time on February 10th.

-Wednesday, February 14th from 8:15 AM -2:20 PM

A few details:
-Deliveries are limited to Garden City City Limits.  
-Singing valentines will be delivered with a personalized hand-made card and a red rose
-Singing valentines can be anonymous if you so choose! (The card will read: "Anonymous")
