By completing this form, you are registering your child to participate in our open 'tryout' sessions. The sessions will serve as a guide to evaluate the player and place him/her in the most appropriate group, based on age, technical, physical, and mental abilities. After our staff have completed a full evaluation of the participating player and if selected, you will be provided with the registration package for the 2023-2024 season.
