My mission is to empower moms to
feel strong, capable, and free from overwhelm, perfectionism, pain, and symptoms though realistic changes that last. I meet you where you're at and create personalized strategies for every stage, whether pregnant, postpartum, or beyond.
THE PROCESS
1. Fill out THIS FORM to apply to work with me. This will give me more information about you, your goals, and what you enjoy doing for movement! We will then schedule a quick call to further discuss your needs and goals and how I can help get you there.
2. Upon signing up to work with me, I will send you a health questionnaire and a few other forms to review and sign. We will then schedule your initial consultation and upcoming sessions to be held through my private meeting room on Zoom.
3. We will meet for an initial consultation session to discuss your goals in-depth a bit more, perform a movement assessment to give us a better idea of how you move and how various exercises feel for you, and go over any additional questions you may have.
4. After the initial consultation, I will develop a program (based off of the option that you choose) that I will coach you through each session. We will progress your program appropriately to help you stay on track with your goals while also adjusting to the demands of what you have going on in your life.
