Pedal & Park - Event Bicycle Parking Request
Pedal & Park makes bicycle parking possible and secure at your festival, concert, or other public event!

Our program provides bike racks, wristbands and tags, and check-in sheets. You provide the volunteers! Delivery and setup of the racks is available. 

Pedal & Park is a program of Bicycle Indiana, made possible by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization. 

Rental fees are determined by:
  • The number of bicycles you anticipate parking (# of racks needed)
  • The length of your event (1, 2, or 3 days)
  • If you require delivery and setup of your racks
Submit a request for your event below!

Once your request is submitted, our team will review our bicycle rack availability for your event date and then send you a confirmation. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after your event concludes. 

Please inquire for availability and pricing if your event is requesting that Bicycle Indiana and our Pedal & Park partners provide the volunteers for your event.

  • The number of bicycles that you expect to park at one time
  • The number of days your event will take place
  • If you need delivery and setup
