2023-2024 Caroline County Public Schools Teacher of the Year Nomination Form  
The Caroline County Teacher of the Year Program is designed to recognize and honor the excellent work being done by tenured teachers in Caroline County.  Teachers can be nominated by peers, administrators, parents, students, and community members.  Nominees must: be a classroom teacher or resource teacher who spends the majority of their time teaching children; have completed a minimum of five (5) years of teaching by June 2022 and be tenured in Caroline County.  To nominate a teacher please complete the form below and submit.
