We are so glad that you have decided to apply to teach with us at Grace & Grounding. Once we have reviewed your application, we will be contacting you to set up an interview and tour of the studio. No worries!  This will be an informal process. After the interview, you may be invited to host a community class in your favorite style of fitness so that we can experience you at your best. After, we will have a conversation about how we both feel in moving forward. We can discuss payment at that time. We are very generous to our teachers. Your time and expertise is valuable and we value you!

Expectations:

1. You must have proof of experience in teaching with 2 student referrals or training certificate.

2. As a contractor, you will be required to show proof of liability insurance.

3. You will be asked to sign an agreement for sub-contractor expectations at the time of your contract agreement. You will be able to review these before signing.

4. Our teachers are held to a high standard. We expect all teachers and staff to respect themselves and others at all times, with an extra amount of compassion and grace. 

NOTE: You are NOT required to sign a non-compete clause. We want you to be able to do what you love while you make money doing it.
