TVA 2025 Payment Form
This form is for the Tufts Venture Accelerator 2025 cohort.

To receive payment, you will need a Payment Works account with Tufts.
  • If you have a Payment Works account, it is important the information that you provide, including your email and your full name, exactly matches the information on your PaymentWorks account.
  • If you do not currently have a Payment Works account, when I create your check voucher, you will automatically be sent a request to set up a PaymentWorks account.
There are tax implications for the person receiving this award. International students may be taxed at a higher rate. If your team lead is an international student, please consider asking a team member who is a US citizen or permanent resident to accept payment.  

If you have a company business account, and would like the payment to be deposited to your business account, that is an ideal way to receive payment. Simply fill in the google form with your exact business name and a corresponding email. You will be prompted to set up a Payment Works account where you can provide your banking information for your business. If you don't already have a business account - don't make one just for this check, because company incorporation and founder equity split should be a thoughtful conversation that needs time.
