Learn to Skate Make-Up Request Form (Fall II 2019)

Make up requests will ONLY be accepted within the dates of the current session (Fall II: 10/29 through 12/14/19). Requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the date you're wishing to make up in order for the most likely approval. No request is guaranteed to be approved based on instructor availability, but an effort will be made to accommodate as many requests as possible. Each make up must be submitted separately. Unless you hear from us, your request has been accepted and will be made up on the requested day. If we are unable to grant your request, we will send you a message with the reason why we are unable to accept the request and other options for makeup dates, if applicable.

For this session, we are not scheduled to have class on 11/26 or 11/30 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
