Dear Young Criminologists,

we have the honor to invite you to the 4th edition of the Young Criminologists Forum, which will take place in Poland (exact place to be announced soon) between 18 and 20 May 2022, under the heading: „Criminal law and criminology in response to the 21st century crises”. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes of registration and participation in the conference IV All-Polish Forum of Young Criminologists "Criminal law and criminology in response to the 21st century crises" organised by the University of Białystok.
(4) The basis for the processing of your personal data is: Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. - the data subject has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specified purposes, and Article 6(1)(b), i.e. - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
(5) Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to register and participate in the conference.
6th Your data will not be transferred to a third country or made available to external entities.
7th Data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the objectives of processing and for the time required by law.
(8) You have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing, as well as to withdraw consent to the processing at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9th Whenever there is a circumstance that the processing violates the provisions of applicable law - you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
(10) Personal data provided for the purposes of organising the conference will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
