Scholarship Ticket Request

Thank you for your interest in a Scholarship ticket! Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, we’re able to provide a limited number of free tickets* to individuals who otherwise would be unable to attend the conference.

Scholarship tickets for the OBI Berlin Conference 2023 are distributed on a rolling basis, with a priority given to local** residents and (4) tickets released to non-local residents.

To receive a Berlin Conference ticket, please confirm your attendance by sharing the following details. If you have questions, please reach out to belongingconference@gmail.com.


*Scholarship tickets do not cover the cost of travel, meals, accommodations, or ancillary conference activity fees. Scholarship ticket recipients are responsible for all costs associated with travel, accommodations, or ancillary activities outside of the conference.
**Othering and Belonging Conference defines local as attendees residing in Europe.

I understand that the Scholarship ticket covers the cost of event admission only– including two hosted lunches and coffee, tea, or water beverages throughout the conference. It does not cover other associated expenses such as transportation, lodging, meals outside of what is provided at the conference or additional event engagement activities.
