The Elder Nominating Committee is receiving recommendations from the congregation until Sunday, August 23rd. We will be nominating six adult members to serve on the Session in the Class of 2023 and two youth who will serve one year in the Class of 2021.


Who are Elders?  They are the people chosen by the congregation of NDPC to lead.

What do Elders do? Together with the ministers, they govern and make decisions for the life of our church.

Who qualifies as an Elder? We elect persons of all ages, racial ethnic backgrounds and range of abilities who are active members of NDPC. Elders pledge and give financially to NDPC. Elders should be persons of faith, dedication, and good judgment. Their manner of life should demonstrate the Christian gospel.

Current Session members are Susan Rebecca White, Wendy Cromwell, Jarvis Ellis, Nancy Gathany, Mark Cochran, Ellen Herbert, Jill Jacques, Janet Jasper, David Roberts, Carol Morgan, Dee Dee Murphy, Gabriel Ramirez, Virginia Pribbenow, David Root, Thom Schreck, Claudia Brogan, Audra Grace, David Wilkes.

Members of the 2023 Elder Nominating Committee are Claire Dishman, Audrey Markham, Cindy Hays, Jarvis Ellis, Gordon French - Chairperson, Ellen Herbert, Marie Hodgman-Schoeneberg, Carol Morgan, Larry Mosley, Nancy Gathany. These members are not eligible for nomination.
