Hello PJP Parents,
We are planning a Son Plus 1 Dance for Saturday, May 13th! This event is open to PJPII boys and their mom, aunts, grandmothers, sisters that are 18 years of age or older, or other figure. Please note this special event is for boys to bond with their mom/grandmothers/aunts etc. Dads that would like to attend can volunteer - must be virtus trained.
To make this happen, we need to get an idea of how many guests would attend, number of volunteers, and access to chairs/tables. The event will take place in the gym from 4pm to 6pm.
Parents would receive service hours, and must be trained before volunteering.
Please respond by March 15th.

¡Estamos planeando un baile Son Plus 1 para el sábado 13 de mayo! Este evento está abierto a los niños del PJPII y sus mamás, tías, abuelas, hermanas mayores de 18 años u otra figura. Por favor tenga en cuenta que este evento especial es para que los niños se vinculen con sus mamás, abuelas, tías, etc. Los papás que deseen asistir pueden ser voluntarios, deben estar capacitados en virtus.
Para que esto suceda, necesitamos tener una idea de cuántos invitados asistirían, la cantidad de voluntarios y el acceso a sillas/mesas. El evento se llevará a cabo en el gimnasio de 4pm a 6pm.
Los padres recibirían horas de servicio y deben ser capacitados antes de ser voluntarios.
