Thank you for taking the time to help our Umpires improve.

Before completing this evaluation please remember Umpires are human.  They are simply trying to do their best, and mistakes will happen, especially as our new Umpires continue to develop. On the other hand, we do expect our Umpires to act in a professional manner, show effort, be knowledgeable of the rules of the game and demonstrate Little League’s commitment to sportsmanship. By providing us with honest constructive feedback, we can identify strengths and opportunities for improvement with our dedicated Umpires, both new and experienced.

We want to hear from you (both compliments and/or concerns).  However, if you are filling out this form because you were frustrated or disappointed with an Umpire, we ask that you please wait at least 24 hours after your game to fill out the form, to give yourself time to reflect upon the events of the game.
