Thank you so much for being part of the ministry of the Brunswick Seventh-day Adventist Church! As a ministry leader, you’re part of an amazing team of leaders working together to pursue the mission of Jesus in our community. His mission is embraced in our mission, vision and values (included).

The purpose of THIS form is to allow you to update your budget request, etc, following the completion of your initial Mission Alignment Form and consultation with the pastor. The process is simple, but important. Thank you!

VISION
Love God. Love people.

MISSION
A slow, steady hum of deeds done to relieve suffering and meet needs.
Value: God
We take time for prayer. We spend quality time in the Bible. Falling in love with God, we are awakened to his purpose for our lives.  We seek to align our lives and actions with this purpose.
Value: People
People matter to us. We love them freely.  We invest in each other through mentoring.  We actively work to “do life” together.  We commit to a journey of God-led self-awareness, recognizing our weaknesses and need for growth, so that we can grow as individuals, have healthy families, and help others.  Following the example of Jesus, Paul and others, we venture outside our comfort zones, taking risks byValue all possible means, to be transformative agents to the people around us.
Value: Service
We serve others. We actively build our awareness of our neighbors, friends and co-workers. We notice where they hurt, have needs or are in crisis, and we seek to help. Our service is not restricted to our own ministries—we willingly serve where needed—whether creating a new ministry, or simply serving alongside existing organizations in our community.
Value: Balance
We believe in living a balanced life of both rest and activity; of both biblical values and liberal acceptance; of stepping out in faith and having informed convictions; of serving our neighbors and caring for our church; of prioritizing our families and reaching others; of speaking truth and listening to understand; of sharing our faith and putting love into action; of striving for goals and waiting patiently for God and others.
