Thank you for your interest in helping FUN as a Game Master! We are looking to expand content offerings to our community by providing gaming tournaments and are looking for an individual or group of individuals to help get this done. This independent contractor position can be a great way for you to get more involved and give back to our community, get some more experience to be used in your career and to make a some $ on the side or have the amount donated to your team/program should you choose.

Description:

Gaming Leads will be in charge of organizing and streaming gaming tournaments to FUN's Twitch channel. It is our goal to help bring the FIRST/FUN community together through our love of gaming and to expand to a larger league format in future years. Currently, we are at offering 2 events/games per month year around with the exception of March and April which may increate depending on interest from the community.

An applicant may be a game master for multiple games but we know that you may be more passionate for certain games than others. We would like individuals who are interested in acting as casters but we will also be soliciting volunteers to shoutcast matches.

Each event will provide a stipend of $50 USD.

FUN relies on great people above all else to create our content. Attributes that we look for in successful FUN CREW members include:

*Enthusiastic personality and a drive to get the job done no matter what.
*Ability to meet deadlines: Our fans and fellow staff rely upon everyone getting their commitments done on time. We trust you to manage your time up to a deadline but will always be available should you need help.
*Communication: Be proactive in communicating ideas and issues so we can work together to make it right.
*Active in the community: Help us grow our Discord and social offerings while being involved in the FRC and/or FTC community.
* A PC with a wired ethernet connection with 10mbps upstream is required to be a Game Master. Multiple monitors are recommended.
