Student Space Request for Filming & Audition Request at the MIX Center (Non-SoundStage Request)

** Please request space at least 10 business days prior to requested reservation date.

Thank you for your interest in holding your student production at the MIX Center. 

1. Please complete the form below to request a space to film inside the MIX. Approval depends on availability. A response will be provided to you as quickly as possible. 
2. The student will receive email approval to reserve a space at the MIX for student filming.
3. Then the student must follow the student filming process for ASU:
Step-by-step guide for the ASU Student Filming Process (This process includes student filming for clubs and classes. There is a location agreement , safety agreement, production agreement, etc.)

**Please note: The MIX Center is open to the public, which means meetings, events, classes, etc. may be taking place while the student production is filming; therefore, when a space is reserved the student filmmaker does not have sole use of the space while filming. The student will have permission to film, but there may be other activities taking place. Please reserve a Sound Stage if an isolated area is desired.
