Boundary Assessment
Our boundaries get crossed (what I call "boundary breaches") in many ways, and those breaches can offer us messages or insights if we know how to listen. What takes you out of your power is believing you don't have a choice. Or the emotions running the show when your boundaries are crossed and you get triggered!

Please check "YES or NO" to the questions (consider what you do most of the time).
There are no right or wrong answers. This is for you to understand your own boundary blueprint and where we can focus our intentions as we begin our work together.
