Welcome to the 2024 grades 5-8 Community summer camp sign-up sheet.
This form must be filled out for each player in order to participate in the camp. Players will not be allowed to participate in the camp until this is filled out by their parents or guardians and paid for the camp.

This camp is for any Basehor-Linwood student (incoming 5th graders through 8th graders) only. All funds generated through this camp will go back to the BLHS Soccer program.

Camp dates and times: Monday, June 24 - Thursday, June 27th 8:00 am to 9:30 am

3. Payment for camp must be completed by May 28th to get a camp shirt.
