Summer CSA

The 2024 Summer Two Adult Household Share is on a sliding scale from $598-$700.

The 2024 Summer One Adult Household Share is on a sliding scale from $446-$550.

If you are capable of paying an extra $20 to cover inflation costs that would be helpful and appreciated.

If you choose to pay in installments, consider sending in all four checks at

once with the remaining three payments dated with a different installment due date. We will file them and then process them on the appropriate date. This method will hopefully make everything easier for you, and the farm. (see installment dates below)

~ First check – whenever you join. This check ensures your share and gives us some seed money.

~ 2nd installment- July 15th

~ 3rd installment- August 15th

~ 4th installment- September 1st

All payments are due September 1st.

Share Size (Only one adult may eat from a One Adult Household Share. If there are 2 or more people using a share, they must join the Two Adult Share.)

I am paying a quarter installment and will pay the rest of my installments on or before the installment due dates.

If you chose to write a check, please make it payable to ‘Sweet Land Farm’ and indicate on the check ‘Summer CSA 2023’. Send this form and the check to: 9732 Route 96 Trumansburg, NY 14886

You can also make EBT payments at Greenstar. Just go to the customer service desk and give your name and amount paid. Make sure you give your name.

If you were referred by an existing member they will be receiving a Sweet Land Farm hat for signing you up. Please indicate their name here
