GBO Chautauqua Application Form

Multiple courses may be included on one application form. A $100 application fee for each course must be sent to complete the application.  This is non refundable.

We charge an additional course fee of $195/course if you are accepted into the course. Continental breakfast is included in these fees. Onsite lodging  is available to early appointees for $135 (double occupancy@$45/night) total inclusive for the 3 nights.  Course fees and lodging fees are payable upon acceptance of the appointment.  Many participants receive support for these items from their institutions.  You may wish to request funds now before they are exhausted.

Application fees may be remitted to Green Bank Observatory by check. Make checks payable to Green Bank Observatory and send by regular mail attention to: Sue Ann Heatherly, Education Officer, Green Bank Observatory, PO Box 2, Green Bank, WV 24944
