Exhibition Excellence Awards 2022 Nomination Form for Service Providers
The Exhibition Excellence Awards 2022 ("EEA") are designed to recognise the contribution of exhibition industry in India and felicitate its distinguished achievers. Coming back after the pandemic, EEA2022 will acknowledge such torchbearers of the Indian exhibition industry who fought all odds & challenges effectively. There are many new categories this year and the consideration period has been revised to the previous two years. There are 18 award categories for exhibition service providers. Internationally renowned exhibitions advisory firm Gaining Edge has been appointed as the Process Advisor & Evaluator to make the nomination process fair and transparent. Organisations can apply in more than one category. There is a nomination fees of rupees four thousand (Rs. 4000/-) per category. The tenure for consideration is from January 2020 and March 2022. Nominees are required to submit the supporting documents & nomination fees along with duly filled nomination forms for award qualification. Nominations close on May 30, 2022. This form is divided in three sections i.e., Award categories at a glance, Nomination Details & Nomination filing, Payment Information.

Any Service providing organisation in exhibitions or conferences can fill this category. Agencies will submit their best creations between Jan 2020 to March 2022. Mention project details, client brief, challenges overcome, execution details, special USP, testimonials etc. Attach pictures, videos etc. of the project along.

On the basis of number of exhibitions executed between Jan 2020 - March 2022 as official structure supplier (including octonorm) of the show along with volume of structure supplied. Supporting documents along with details of events to be shared.
Excellence in Exhibition Management
On the basis of number of exhibitions executed between Jan 2020 - March 2022 on turnkey basis. Supporting documents along with details of events to be shared.
Excellence in Conference Management
On the basis of best practices demonstrated while managing a conference/summit held between Jan 2020 - March 2022. Mention project details, details of conference, size of conference, your described role, details of your execution of the project, challenges overcome, success story, your operational efficiency. Mention the details and credentials of your organisation. Attach pictures, videos, client testimonials etc. as supporting
The Star PCO
Mention the details of the conferences handled between Jan 2020 - March 2022. Winner on the basis of number of conferences handled. Attach necessary supporting documents
The Tech Catalyst
On the basis of breakthrough technology introduced in the exhibition industry. Mention the details where it was used, how it impacted the events positively, its USP, features, effectiveness, ease in operational use, client testimonials, pictures, videos etc. to prove the effectiveness of the service. Attach necessary supporting documents.
Star Innovation Award
Mention the details of the innovation introduced,  its impact, its USP, its effectiveness and operational usability at any event held between Jan 2020 - March 2022. Attach pictures, videos, testimonials etc. as supporting
Star in Production & Visuals
Mention the details of the exhibitions where you handled production work or signages between Jan 20 - March 2022 as the official agency. Winner on the basis of number of events handled. Attach necessary supporting documents
Star in AV, Lights & Sound
