ACEL Membership Renewal Form

For membership renewal the following items are due April 30, 2024:
1. This completed membership renewal form
2. Membership dues of $500*

This form should be completed by either your official ACEL administrator or athletic director.

Please be aware that the administrator and/or athletic director for each organization must attend the mandatory ACEL Membership Meeting on Saturday, August 3, 2024 (Pineville, LA). There is a $500 fine for not attending the membership meeting.
