Thank you for your interest in serving with us at YALA to be a part of changing the 318 area through sharing the hope of Jesus!

This is an application for Leadership at YALA. Part of becoming a leader at YALA includes a mandatory in-person interview with a YALA Board Member. Once your interview is conducted, we will let you know if we feel YALA seems like the right fit as a place for you to serve right now. If it is, then you will be required to take part in a 10-week leader training offered once per semester. Don’t worry! All of us have had to go through this at one point in time. We want to make sure you are knowledgeable about ways to serve others through this ministry and prepared to engage with people and share your faith!

This application is designed to help you thoughtfully and prayerfully consider where you are at spiritually. Some of the questions require written response. All that we ask from you is honesty and vulnerability. This application will only be viewed by YALA Board Members to serve in preparing for in-person interviews. As we do ministry and serve together, we have to operate with that as a basis for our relationships. We bear each other’s burdens, we pray for each other intentionally, and we encourage each other individually as we serve on larger teams together. You’ll get to know us just as well as we do this together!
