ABOUT
The main objective of Plan For Growth is to help the business owner envision the next phase of the company and build a manageable roadmap to achieve that vision. Now in its 3rd year, Plan For Growth has worked with over 50 companies helping owners to focus on developing the leadership critical to staying on the path to growth and scaling operations. This series will help you develop your business over 10 classes (four hours each) that will meet weekly.  (See schedule below.)  All classes are devoted to topics that will help you build your business acumen and elevate your work.  You will be challenged to rethink your status quo by experts in the fields of leadership, finance, marketing, human resources and company culture.  There will be highs and there will be lows. And we will be there with you to provide support. Ultimately, the decisions you make and the journey you pursue is up to you and your vision.

In addition to the classes, two one-hour private consulting sessions will be provided to answer in-depth questions you might have and provide personalized feedback.

Classes will take place at the Innovation Lab located at Building 87 in Industry City.  (Please see dates below.)  Each class shall begin promptly at 9:00AM and will end at 1:00PM.

Priority will be given to:
- Businesses that are engaged wholly or partially in manufacturing  / production of a product in any industry.
- Businesses that are MWBE- or Veteran-owned.

Participant requirements:
- Commit to attending 10 four-hour sessions held one day each week from 9am - 1pm
- Complete a growth plan for the business (most work will be done in class)
- The President / CEO as participant. Exceptions may be made for senior managers.

If you have any questions about the course, contact Michelle Saenz at msaenz@sbidc.org.
