**International readers:
Due to the high cost of shipping, I'm not offering any signed paperbacks at this time. If you would like a signed book plate, that option is listed below. You will need to purchase the paperback on Amazon before they are taken off at the end of this month. (This is for anyone outside the US)

***Please allow 24 hours upon completion of this form for me to invoice you.  All invoices must be paid within seven days or your order will be canceled. Once the order is paid, please allow time for me to fill the order and ship. Could take up to two weeks.
