◾️免責事項
当イベントはご参加者の安心・安全に最大限に努めてまいりますが、下記のように免責事項を定めさせていただいております。
(下記英文の主な内容)
1. 当イベントに参加することで発生する可能性のある一切の訴訟、事故や怪我・病気などの責任。
2. 訴訟などの費用等の責任。
3. その他の諸問題に関連する責任（迷惑行為による強制退去、肖像権/プライバシー侵害、機器ハッキング/コンピューターウイルス、イベント中止/日程変更を含む）。
Release / Indemnity:
i. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and benefit from Aitas activities, each student/participant/volunteer (or his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to remise, release and forever discharge Aitas, its officers, directors, employees, advisors, assignees, successors, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, losses, costs, demands, damages, lawsuits, actions or causes of action whatsoever in respect of, or relating to, directly or indirectly, any personal injury, death, property damage or loss which he/she and his/her respective heirs, executors, administrators, next-of-kin, successors or assigns may now or hereafter have against the Releasees or any part of them as a result of his/her attendance, participation and volunteering in Aitas activities.
ii. Each student/participant/volunteer (or his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, or any of them, from any and all claims, demands, expenses, costs (including legal costs), suits, debts, liabilities and causes of action for which it/they may become liable as a result of any personal injury, death, property damage or loss, including those in any way resulting from, occasioned to, or suffered by, any person or property by way of any act or omission of the student/participant/volunteer in connection with his/her attendance, participation and volunteering in Aitas activities.
iii. Each student/participant/volunteer (or his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to remise, release, and forever discharge Aitas and Releasees from any and all claims, including but not limited to:
a. Participant Behavior: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event at the organizers' discretion.
b. Portrait Rights: This event is intended for live participation and should not be recorded by any participants. Any participant violating this policy by recording the event, including capturing images or likenesses of individuals without permission, shall bear sole legal responsibility for any resulting consequences.
c. Privacy: Participants are responsible for their own online security, while organizers will take reasonable measures to protect participant privacy.
d. Technical Liability: Any claims related to computer damages, hacking, or virus-related issues arising from participants', their associates', or third parties' actions during the online event.
e. Event Changes or Cancellation: Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event without prior notice.
