Commonwealth Youth Games (Trinbago 2023) Rugby Volunteer Form

The Trinidad and Tobago Rugby Union is officially inviting persons interested in volunteering for the Commonwealth Youth Games (Trinbago 2023) to sign up for the event. We welcome all persons with or without a rugby background. Interested person who do not reside in Trinidad and Tobago are also welcome to register as a volunteer. 

Please note that this is a preliminary list to ascertain interest and facilitate more effective organization. All persons signing up using this form will be required to also fill out the official Trinbago 2023 volunteer form when it is released by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the Games. 

It must be noted that all volunteers are required to fund their stay in Tobago. Therefore, neither the TTRU nor the Trinbago 2023 LOC will be responsible for airfare, accommodation or ground transport for the duration of your time as a volunteer. Meals and uniforms will be provided however. Volunteers will also be required to make an effort to attend the CYG Test Event as a means of training for the actual event. This takes place a Shaw Park, Tobago on the weekend of July 1-2. Volunteers will also be required to undergo training as outlined by the Trinbago LOC. All volunteers will be provided with details of this once available.
