Bedankt dat u wilt deelnemen aan ons onderzoek door deze vragenlijst in te vullen. U krijgt 18 vragen over uw ervaring met het leren lopen met een prothese. De vragenlijst zal ongeveer 10 minuten duren.
Het onderzoek wordt uitgevoerd door een ontwerpteam van de Intergrated Product Design master aan de TU Delft. Ons doel is om een product te herontwerpen dat mensen met een beenprothese feedback geeft over hun looppatroon met behulp van trillingen op de huid. Hierdoor krijgt de gebruiker meer informatie over het looppatroon om deze te kunnen verbeteren. Deze vragenlijst helpt ons om meer inzicht te geven in de behoeften van prothese gebruikers.
Vragen worden eerst in het Nederlands en daarna in het Engels gesteld.

Thanks for taking the time to do this questionnaire. You will get 18 questions about your experience with getting a prostethic leg and rehabilitating with the goal of walking with that leg. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
This questionnaire is made by a team of Integrated Product Design students at the TU Delft in order to redesign a product that will help amputees gain information about the position of their prostethic legs, by providing light vibrations to the skin based on their walking pattern. The user will get more information via these vibrations about their walking pattern, which will help improve the walking. This questionnaire wil be used to gain more insight into the need of amputees.
Questions will be formulated in Dutch and English.
