The Arthur Troop Scholarship (ATS) 2024 is now open for applications from IPA members worldwide. Arthur Troop Scholarships are awarded annually, and preferably at least one will be granted to each continent – Africa, America, Asia, Australasia and Europe. The deadline for applications for the awards for 2024 is 31 March 2023.
