Overview:
Strategic Leadership Essentials' unique program model focuses on the integration of leadership development, strategic planning and communication strategies and how connecting them makes for stronger, more effective leaders. It includes a two-day intensive workshop followed by two one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure accountability and effective execution of lessons learned. You will leave with the knowledge and tools to better align and communicate your organization’s mission and strategic direction with effective, actionable leadership approaches to guide overall planning and daily decision-making.

Workshop Dates: Thursday and Friday, Feb. 16th & 17th, 2023
Time: Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
