This oral history project is an ongoing effort to record and preserve the experiences of the Japanese American community in the greater Chicagoland area. Funding to support JASC's oral history program has been received from numerous sources over the years. The current round of interviews is made possible by funding from the National Park Service under the Japanese American Confinement Sites grant program.
