This survey is not confidential in the sense that we need to know what communities are represented in the survey responses, but this survey will not be used against any house in any way, shape, or form. If the ERT discovers any concerning trends in the data, the ERT may follow up with unit-level leadership to present the data. The ERT will not to use this survey to determine any conduct violations.

The goals of this survey are as follows:
1. Gather information about policy adherence.
2. What about our policies are working?
3. What about our policies aren't working?
And to use this information to make policies that better serve the BSC
