- I reserve the right to reject any order if it is outside of my artistic ability or for whatever reason it may be.
-Please be advised that commissions may be chosen based on conditional circumstances and personal preference.
-Responses to Google form submissions will not be made immediately. Commissions can be chosen over a period of time depending on availability. Do not ask if your form was chosen as I will let you know if your commission has been accepted or declined. If I have not messaged you anything about your commission request within 2 weeks of your submitting, please message me.
- All commissioned artwork will be sent with and without my watermark through via email. If you repost the artwork somewhere else, please credit and source me, the artist.
- I have no estimation for how quickly I can finish commissions since it depends on my workload and your place in the queue, but if you need an artwork done by a certain date (e.g. someone’s birthday), let me know at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
- These commissions are for personal or gift use only, and may not be used in any commercial capacity (i.e. you cannot sell them or use them as commercial advertisement).
- I retain all rights to the artwork. You can reupload it wherever and as often as you like, but credit and source is required.
- I work in order of "first paid, first served".

- If your commission is accepted, I will send a confirmation message and an invoice.
- Payment is taken upfront in USD through Paypal only.
- Please wait for my confirmation before you pay me!
- Commission will only be started once payment is made in full.

- The time it usually takes to finish one individual commission varies around 3 days to 3 weeks.
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
- When I have finished your commission order, I will email you the full resolution of the final artwork.

- Commissioners are to suggest changes they want made when shown the sketching phase.
- Sketch stages and work-in-progress samples will be sent for adjusting any minor errors and necessary corrections until you approve.
- Work-in-progress images will usually include a watermark.
- Please be reasonable in avoiding any drastic changes, otherwise additional fees could be charged.
- If your reference and descriptions were unclear to begin with, then you are not allowed to do a drastic changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order on what you aim for.
- No major changes can be made when I move on to the final step of shading and finalizing it.
- When you are satisfy with the final look of your commission, I will email you the final and full resolution of it.
[Note: Please answer questions in regards to your commission as soon as you can to prevent delays in the process. If I don’t receive an answer in a timely fashion, I will proceed with the piece. If you are busy in any way and could not answer me during the making of your commission, please discuss this information with me before I actually proceed with the piece to my liking if you are not able to answer me within 2 or 3 days.]

- No refunds can be made after accepting your commission order.
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to do your commission or start on your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talked about the commission as evidence that I have work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
- I reserve the right to stop working on a commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior.
