Your name and email address will be removed from our systems within 48 hours of matching you with a partner, however we will retain anonymised data on your preference to improve the service we offer in the future.

The information provided on this form is necessary for the purpose of processing your information. This may include sending you correspondence regarding the progress of your matches. The SU at UWE will process your data according to the provisions of relevant data protection legislation.

The information in this form may be shared with relevant UWE Bristol staff for the purposes of administering the Speed Friending Event and help inform promotion decisions.

Any information in this form will be securely deleted from our systems when it is no longer needed (as early as after the end of the academic year 2021/2022).
